Trying out the SFP9 (vp9 with 106mm barrel)

Barely had 200rds thru it and decided to try it out at a local IPSC match. Bone stock. 147gr at roughly 131 pf. I wish i could get a different recoil spring...all the movement or jump is light loads chugging thru a 12 lb (?) Recoil spring.

Hey that is great. Just got one myself and going to give it a try. "getting back to the roots of the game".

As I am sure you know you can get a SS guide rod assembly, and have pondered the same question.

Update....wow getting a simple spring into Canada seems impossible.

HKparts hasn't got its export permit and HK Europe is not very friendly.

There has to be a way to do this.

If you're talking about their reduced trigger return spring and reduced sear spring- in my opinion there isn't that much difference between those and stock springs.

Again in my opinion, the worst part of the HK VP9 trigger is the over travel. Unfortunately that takes more than springs to fix.

Update in recoil spring, apparently the SS assembly, assuming you can get one, is not IPSC legal as it isn't OEM.

There has to be a way! These would be so smooth if you could just get the nose dive tuned a bit.
