The third item---4 little gearmotors---shipped FedEx SmartPost out of Wisconsin on the 6th. Estimated delivery the SIXTEENTH. 10 days from Wisconsin to Oregon. But wait--it gets better. Local post office lobby isn't open on Saturdays. Monday is a holiday for USPS. So the EARLIEST I can get my goodies is the 19th! THIRTEEN days. I wasn't aware that USPS still had any mules for freight transport. Job is supposed to be DELIVERED on the 22nd and I can't really start until the 19th. There's nothing common between this town and that (no rhyming or similar names... zip codes aren't 1 num off etc). Rather than reroute it to the right town they just sent it back to the originator.
