I emailed the company and said that my belt was becoming weak and less secure. Within a day, they responded to me, asked for my size and address, and said that they would send it immediately. I e-mailed to ask about buying an extra trigger lock (or whatever you call the piece that extends into the trigger guard to hold the gun in place), and received 4 of them in the mail a few days later, gratis.
