MOR side match

I have been hosting some local three gun matches that were outlaw matches. I am working with other USPSA members not to make it a USPSA match. But I want to include a precision rifle stage. How can I include this stage into the overall scoring of the match. In USPSA three gun there are 3 division and I am not sure how to fit that in with the precision rifles. I know guys like myself who will be using semi auto precision rifles and some guys have bolt gun set ups. Another factor is my range is short. The further I can shoot is 180 yards. So do I make the precision rifle a side match or is there a way to include it into the overall scoring of the match? I thought about just having two divisions Limited and Open. Open would be for semi auto sniper rifles and Bolts would go into limited. But this does not follow the USPSA rules. Any ideas on how to do this and on stage design would be great. I would like some reduced targets? Is there a place to get reduced USPSA targets?
