j..
Hello boys and girls, I'm looking around for a LASER "dry" fire system, does anyone have any good tips? I'm looking at the ReadyShot system (http://www.readyshot.com/product_p/rs-ts-glk02-bk.htm), has anyone used it? I'm thinking it should be possible to make your own targets with a sensor and a counter with the aid of some electronic parts and a soldering iron instead of the ReadyShot convoluted target (and I want at least 3-4 targets and that gets a bit expensive at $275/pce). Does anyone have any experience of something like this? I know the "normal" approach would be AirSoft but I live in a small apartment and I'm too lazy to be picking up BB's all day. Thanks j

Thanks j I have a 'laser lyte' system I was given to T&E but I haven't got around to it yet. Here is the link. A friend told me they work pretty good though. http://laserlyte.com/Laser_Training_System/LT-1/LT-1.html
buddy_fuentes
I bought one at the SHOT show several years back and it is pretty good, if I use it. My son has used it extensively and has tried to adopt it. Rovatec Bullite training system from Israel. www.rovatec.com is their web address. It comes with five tennis ball size reflective targets. cyburg
Beam hit make one that slides a rod with a laser in your barrel. It comes with a target about 6X8 that reads the hits. I use it from time to time. Its fun to set up on top of the TV.

Thanks j The sweeper picks any BB's up from the floor. I made some target stands with PVC and target sticks. I just stapled a thick towel to the back of the target sticks and pull the bottom of the towel up and used tacks to attach it to the front of the target sticks. It created a little BB catch where it will catch about 99% of the BB's. Just pull one tack out with the a box or something to catch the BB's and no mess. Also I don't use full size targets or full size target stands. I get cardboard airsoft targets or just print targets off a printer and put a cardboard backer on the sticks. Only time I get BB's on the floor is if you shoot metal poppers. Flyin
