I've read a lot of information and I'm going to try a few different methods - wood burning iron - soldering iron - with different tips to get different effects to include a marred screw. To those who have attempted this.... What did you practice on? What equipment/tip accomplished the results you were looking for? What methods worked for you... Pressure/heat/sanding/etc... What didn't work? For IDPA/USPSA does this cause any issues? What am I not asking? If you want to - post some photos of your work. I will when I have some to show.
