IHMSA Pete
Total newbie here. Would the 5.11 Revolution holster series be a viable candidate for SSP (Glock 23) or would a standard Blade-Tech be a better choice?
Duane Thomas
Looking at the photo, it seems to me the "5.11" holster is simply Blade-Tech's budget line polymer holster sold under a different name. I've always preferred Blade-Tech's kydex rigs, myself. They look better, fit better (in my experience), and can be remolded if you want to snug the holster in tighter to the body, etc. But then the Blade-Tech Standard Belt Holster is my favorite holster bar none, and just about all I've worn for the past ten years or thereabouts, so I may be a bit biased. UW Mitch
I bet the Revolution will work just fine, but your question is if the standard is a better choice - which I think it is. I run Bladetech for nearly everything. ~Mitch
IHMSA Pete
Thanks for the replys. I was getting sucked in to the free shipping on 5.11's web-site. I think I will hold off for a standard Blade-Tech.
