TMC
Has anyone tried this? I see on the Hodgdon web site that 12.8 grains behind a 135 Nosler will go 1357 fps. at only 32,400 cup, that's 183+ PF with presure of 9mm. It looks interesting to me because the power is readily available around here (no mail ordering with the outragous haz mat fees). On the burn rate chart its slower than N350, N110 rifle power and Accurate #9. I've loaded up some to try in my 5" tribrid tomorrow. If anyone else has feedback it would be appreciated. tightloop
Works great in my Hornet, but I'll watch this post to find out about how it goes in a Super
TMC
Range report. What a waste of powder! 13 grns won't even make major in a 5" non ported gun, only 1075 fps. In the 5" tribrid 125's were only 875-900 fps. Wouldn't even cycle the guns. I don't know where Hodgdon got its crono figures but I couldn't even come close. Chris
I think you should just use IMR like everybody else does. Then you can be like JG and have that 200 power factor and scare the RO's away

Carlos
Skip the Hybrid ports - willing to bet the Hodgdon test barrel did not have them! If its slow you want, wait until a big match an try a pound of VVN105 - Check out there website since it has gobs of data. I think you will be pleased. Clark
LIL'GUN is funny in that load. Increase the powder charge, and it gets wimpier. I wrote Hodgdon about that, and they said, "Of course, it looses its efficiency." That went right over my head.
