markwilliston Posted March 27, 2009 Share Posted March 27, 2009 I recently picked up a spare tungsten guide rod for my edge, and after fitting it I'm wondering if I got the wrong size or it was packaged wrong. I am currently running an EGW tungsten guide rod that is 3.935" long. The steel one in my Trojan is also 3.935" long. The new one is 3.875" long and just barely contains the revest plug and recoil spring, the others come flush to the front of the frame. I'm measuring from the face that mates with the frame to the end. Is that normal? or did I get the wrong one? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
