Since this weekend is going to be my first IDPA match this year, I thought I'd better do some slidelock reloads. Then I realized that the arredondo followers are shaped so that they do not lock the slide back. I guess I'm going to have to resort to the stock followers, unless there's something I can do? chirpy Posted March 27, 2009 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Some shooters don't want the slide to lock back when empty, others do. That is up to you, but as you say it would be best for IDPA. Dawson has/or had custom followers for PARA P14...you might try them instead (I have had no experience with them and don't know if they lock the slide back or not).
