another reload question

is there somewhere in the rulebook that defines a reload as an exchange of a different mag? The reason I'm asking is that I have to do a weak hand reload during a classifier, and was wondering if I could just drop the mag into my strong hand, and then put it back in?

(I have a feeling I know the answer, but just wanted to see)

You will never be required to do a weak hand reload.

so everyone moves the gun into their strong hand to reload? (the classifier in question is the Golden Bullet Standards 06-06)

you do the reload, and then switch the gun to your weak hand. prior to the reload, it's freestyle, which for most people will mean using both hands.
