Flyin40
I was thinking of putting a heavy magwell on my STI/Marvel 22 rig to get it the same weight as my open gun. I was going to get a Dawson but they are $160 and can't justify spending that when I won't even be using the magwell to reloads. Anyone make a cheaper one?? STI makes a stainless version of their magwell. Don't know if there's anything heavier out there.

reneet
We used to manufacture a 6 oz stainless well for STI. Got a few left. It sold for $ 90. Give me a call and I'll make you a deal on one if you're interested.

Flyin40
Thanks for all the info. Pretty much I'm looking for a magwell to go on my 22 conversion to balance it out and get it as close as possible to my Open gun weight. I was planning on the Dawson until I found out it sells for $160. I won't be doing any reloads and can't justify the cost. I might add in a steel mainspring housing with a steel magwell.
