Stu Love Posted August 30, 2003 Share Posted August 30, 2003 Don't know how long this has been on the S&W website, but I saw a 2" mod. 625 in scandium/stainless listed in the Performance Center section. It's 24 oz with a shortened cylinder & chamfered charge holes... looks pretty cool for a 45 acp carry revolver. Anybody actually seen one or know anything more than what they say in the ad? In the pics on the S&W Performance Center website, it looks like the sideplate might be scandium, & maybe the barrel shroud. Perhaps the rest of the frame is stainless.
