JeffWard
I got my used Dillon SDB from UPS yesterday, and set it up this morning. Setting it up, and getting it dialed in, I noticed the body of the powder drop has a crack in it (pot metal), and one of the springs in the priming system was broken. Called Dillon... On hold for about 30 seconds. They took my address information, and got me registered. Took the part number and described it back to me to make sure we had the same part... It'll ship today. The spring? He instructed me to remove it, bend a new loop out of the broken end with a pair of needle nose, and reinstall... works great. Customer Service? Perfect. Excellent. I'm glad I invested in Blue. Jeff
