twlfire911
I have a new set of carbide RCBS 40S&W/10MM dies that when setting up the deprime sizing die in station 1 there are only enough threads above the tool head for about 1/4 turn of the lock nut. I am setting it to where it touches the shell plate at full stroke and backing off just a hair. If it makes a diffrence this press started life as a 450 and has been upgraded to a 550. Can I simply install the lock nut on the bottom of the tool head or am i missing something here?
