HighVelocity
I just put 250rds of WW Wildcat through my new Ruger 22/45. It only took 10rds to sight in the TruGlo 30mm red-dot as the windage was dead on out of the box. Not one single malfunction of any kind. It ran 100%. All I did was clean and oil it before shooting. On the 25yd plate rack at the Haltom City Rifle and Pistol Club, it was like cheating. I could just about pull the trigger as fast as I wanted and not miss. The 3rd Sunday in December Plate Match will not come fast enough for me. Anyone else using a rimfire with optics for steel?
Alan550
HV, If you think that's like cheating, try this one: leave the front scope cap on, with the back one off. Keeping both eyes open, try shooting the plates! You can still see the dot inside the scope and when the images super-impose on each other, get on the trigger! Amaze your friends by shooting "through" the cap! You could always pretend you left the cap on by mistake. Alan~^~
