Have not seen those increases in TX.Lee NE Fla - 3.61 to 3.75 (oh wait: 3.619 - 3.759. Some stations posting signs asking customers to limit purchases to 10 g. Couple of stations with lines. Rumors (gotta love minor crisis for the rumors they spawn) of one station owner with full tanks playing the futures market by simply shutting of his pumps to wait for the crisis bump.
