bkeeler
A couple of years ago, over the period of a few months, I experienced this feeling of going slow while letting my sight picture regulate my speed. I did pretty well during those times. I'm trying to get that feeling/experience back and am really struggling. For some reason, I can't seem to just sit back and watch what's going on. I think you are having a speed focus. Stop trying just let it happen. Right before a stage just think about shooting alphas on every target the speed will be what it is you have to work on speed in practice. If you dont have it already I recommend Steve Anderson's book (both of them). BK
jayd
"...shoot the points you can at the speed you are capable of, and nothing more on every stage." Our Good Friend Howard passed these wise words to me...... Great advice and worthy of bumping up after 3 years
