rcbs chargemaster error

i went to use me chargemaster for some rifle loads and it did not boot up, but displayed 2009 on the screen. i shut it off and on several times, unplugged and replugged, even unattached it from the dispenser. has anyone ever heard of this problem? i did a search on the website and googled it, but did not find anything. thanks, GTG

I had not used my chargemaster Comb for about a month and one day I turn it on and started pushing button and the number did not match up, enter 2 and got a 3, push 5 got a 6, I call RBCS on 8/4 and they told me they had a problem with the Chargemaster Comb or with the (Dispener part) the Scale part works just fine, They was working with the manfactory on the problem and for me to keep checking back with them to see when the problem gets fix before I ship it back. I dont know how long they have had a problem.
