OAL variation from FP to HP and RN

Currently I am using Hornady 124 gr FP at 1.18 oal (9mm Major) and will finish the last box by next month. Guy is selling his stash of Hornady 124 RN and some HP. What will be my OAL to retain the same amount? or portion of bullet seated inside the case

the RN may net you the same case capacity, while using the HP you will lose case capacity. this is all with the same OAL as your FP. To retain the same capacity, the RN will be close to your FP OAL while the HP will be longer than what you currently use. I think the HP oal will go past 1.20 if you try to retain the same case capacity as your FP. as usual YMMV

you can determine how much longer you'll end up by measuring your current FP and that of the RN and HP.
