At the range yesterday I noticed a group of people in light brown jumpsuits using the LE range, being naturally curious I went checking because none of the agencies in the area wear this color. They were a contingent of the Home Land Security Air Wing recently stationed at the local airport with their Blackhawk helicopter. They had some of the most tricked out AR's a Swat team could ever drool over and what looked like Benelli shotguns, the only drawback was the handguns looked like Glock's. They were into the 2nd case of Ranger 40's and almost thru the case of Winchester slugs and the 00 buck. They all had these super nice electronic earmuffs (issue of course) that I never see on local agencies.

They were still burning ammo when I left 4 hours later after going thru 384 rounds myself practicing SHO WHO for a classifier this weekend.

Well that's better use of tax payer money than the $4000 we are charging the Air Force for making a "waste receptacle" for one of the C-5 that is in need of one. Oh and we were the lowest bidder.
