Scout454 Posted May 9, 2007 Share Posted May 9, 2007 Adobe Photoshop Elements is good and it generally comes with cameras when you purchase them. To shrink, send the photo to your printer and it'll give you the option to resize. Then just save the resized copy. I've taken 100+ k photos and shrunk them down to avitar size without any problems.
