First Load, What Should It Be?

I have my xl650 coverted to load .223 and have run some test loads, everything running smooth.

I am loading 25.3 grains of W748 behind Hornady 55gr. fmjbt w/c to a length of 2.250. Pretty much the lower load out of Sierra's reloading manual specific for the AR.

I am waiting for my 18" JP-15 with b/c comp, should have it any day now. Just was wondering if this load would be fine for break-in? I am thinking since it's from Sierra's AR specific section this load should have enough oomph to cycle just fine, or I should be able to compensate with the JP adjustable gas block.

I would welcome any advice or thoughts.
