pranavdc
The reason no one can find anything is they are not looking in the right area! It is almost always from what you are explaining a TMJ misalignment that is not only crimping off your Eustachian tube but also putting pressure on your Trigeminal nerve. The issue is you don't have an infection but a back up of pressure from the blocked Eustachian tube which will increase pressure on your inner ear which houses the semicircular ducts that are responsible for balance and equilibrium. The increase in pressure that is also causing your tinnitis is from the Ceruminous fluid which when it can't get out of the blocked eustachian tube it also causes the low ringing sensation you have. Send me a PM if you have any questions! Cheers!
