I have been shooting production and am not ready to move away from a kydex pouch type holster yet. The obvious Blade-Tech DOH has been foremost in my mind and I know Blackhawk has the non-SERPA. I won't bore you with tough guy stories, but suffice it to say it's as fast as you'll ever need it to be, and won't give you grey hairs like a race holster. BAM done. What is the advantage to the stingray base vs the regular belt loop base? stop looking, go order the DOH with the stingray holder.
