steveknapp
Most factory brass, and my reloads, always look like that. Glocks leave a square dimple, my M&P a teardrop shape. I never viewed it as something to be worried about. Should I?

Most factory ammo probably uses the softer pistol primers for more reliable ignition. I think most of us shooting major are using the harder rifle primers. If you're seeing that kind of flow/cratering with a rifle primer, then I'd definitely say you might look into a slower powder/lengthening your OAL, etc.
steveknapp
I'm using winchester small pistol. The look is the same as the factory ammo except for the much lighter loads.
