Adam B Posted October 11, 2006 Share Posted October 11, 2006 I just open my new 24 inch BTO imac and after powering it up I found that one of my pixels is stuck, but it only shows up in a black background. I have ran 2 different pieces of software that are supposed to fix it with no luck and also tried to rub the area on the screen with a wet cloth. Any ideas? BTW-Apple wont let me take it back because it was a BTO system and not an "off the shelf" model. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
