revchuck
Cheapskate asking questions again... This is a flake powder with a burn rate in the ballpark of W-231. If anyone has tried it, how well does it meter, and how clean is it? This is another Graf's closeout for $70/8 lbs.
.40AET
I'm still not done testing the SP-8.
DarkSmileyX
I bought some of the A-0 as well as SP-8 and I like it well enough, for the price it's great. The flake size is large, about 1 millimeter square but it meters fine in my SDB. As far as how clean it is I guess that's relative, it seems ok to me. It's a single base flake powder they are supposed to be cleaner. It's not a high density powder like SP-8, just for reference I filled some cases to the top with it to see how much powder would fit here's that info. 9mm 7.5 grains 40 S&W 11 grains 45 Auto 14 grains I have some load data from the Vectan Handloading Manual for it in 9mm, 40 S&W, 38 Special and 357 Mag. if your interested. The links I gave from the SP-8 thread have basically no loads for it.
