On top of that, they had a special going on for free shipping when purchasing two or more items, plus a free hat, *and* free kneepads if you purchase two pairs of pants.... The order shipped promptly. When it arrived, they'd forgotten to pack the promo items (hat and kneepads). A quick email to them got it resolved, and I just received the hat and kneepads.
