Viggen
Take a look at the World cup and Wimbledon. What great sports and sporting events. AND what great promotion and media coverage. Even though neither lend themselves to the advertising time frames preferred by the visual format( commercial every 10-20 minutes) they have figured out how to adapt. My thinking is that much can be learned from these folks. Watch the events. Think a about how some things might be incorporated into what we do. Look at how they present themselves - they work at the interview. They understand that they plaly physical games but above all they are entertainers. How can we entertain? How can we present it. I would like to see what we do play on a much larger venue. It's not going to be accepted in the sterile, PC, boring Olympic world so let's go NASCAR and World Cup - and remember World Cup is bigger than any other sporting event. Think REVOLVER CUP!
