BR Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 (edited) Is it possible to shorten the stock on an M2? I mean, cutting it down or otherwise shortening it even beyond using the shorter recoil pad Benelli offers. I ask, because I prefer about a 13 or 13 1/2" LOP on a shotgun, and want to buy a Benelli. I believe I can shorten the stock on an M1 and add a Limbsaver, but do not know whether its possible on an M2. Which should I, of smaller stature, buy for 3-gun? Larry White Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Cut the stock to the lenght you want, dont forget to allow for the thickness of the pad. You can either epoxy two sections of dowle rod into the heel and toe area or just build up the area with epoxy and screw the new pad to the dowle rod or to the epoxy.------Larry

Larry White Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Yep, just like any other funky plastic stock.------Larry
