They just did an episode where the supreme court justices had a court case on the 2nd Amendment.  They played it mostly even BUT there was definitely a pro-gun leaning.  The good guy was pro-gun and the jerk was anti-gun.  That was a little suprising.

They goofed the ending though.  One of the justice swing votes who voted for an overturning of a town's ban on firearms added that she would vote to restrict private ownership of "teflon coated bullets", "automatic weapons" and "assault weapons."  I guess she forgot "cop killer bullets" and "guns that go through metal detectors".

Oh well.  Two steps forward, one step back. (or maybe two steps back - i dunno.)
