I am pretty sure I heard from USPSA shooters that the 140mm mags WERE NOT USPSA gauge legal. I'd like to try some, but would be a little peaved if I bought a non-USPSA legal mag for my .40, then capacity really doesn't matter. As to cutting a 140 TUBE and fitting a flat metal base pad to make a 19 rounder, it's doable and might be the slick set up.
