moose76
Can the Blade-tech Drop and Offset attachment be mated with any of their injection molded holsters? Thanks, Mark
Vlad
I think so. I know Dave Marques did that to his, but I'm not sure he had to modify any of the parts. Maybe he'll notice the this thread and chime in.
TMC
I'm going to give it a try, I just ordered the DOH attachement. It looks like you may have to heat and bend the top inside portion of the holster so the attachement screws/rivets don't contact the gun.
TBF
I just put their " Stingray DOH " on a molded G17 holster, only 2 out of 3 screws lined up. Seems to be holding alright though. Travis F.
dlaroe
The third screw of the injection molded holsters belt attachment is much further down the holster's body than the third screw of the DOS attachment. However, BTs paddle attaches with only two screws and those same two screws fit the upper two holes in the DOS attachment. I did something not exactly similar with my G17 injection molded holster. I took a Tec-lok and mounted it hinge side up using two screws. From looking at the back, one going through the upper right Tec-lok hole to the upper right holster hole and the other going throught the left slot to the lower left holster hole. This makes the holster dropped and very slightly muzzle rear canted but not offset. Its a little less floppy by having the two screws offset a little. -Dale
