I saw a list of drills in another post there were two I don't know.

Devils Triangle and tripple six

I have done a search and turned up a lot of references but no descriptions.

Would someone be kind enough to fill me in.

Very basic advice:

A few people can shoot a good shot as their foot is coming down on its heel, most can't. A few people can shoot well crossing their feet over, toes pointed at the targets off to one side, most can't. What works well for most is feet pointed in direction of travel, stance a little modified to shoot off to the left or to the right, shots going off as the trailing foot leaves the ground.
