CZ TS2 Deep Bronze - competition holster and extended safety questions

My apologies if these have been asked multiple times but so far I’ve not had much luck finding discussions specific to the TS2 Deep Bronze and these issues:

 

I’m interested to know what sort of competition holsters anyone may have found to suit the TS2 Deep Bronze, ie allowing for the thumb rest particular to that configuration.

 

Also, (being a right handed shooter) is it possible to swap the flat safety lever on the right side of the ambidextrous safety for a wide lever rather than buying a complete new unit like the one available here https://www.ericgrauffelonlineshop.com/en/cz-shadow-2-orange/1155-cz-safety-ambidextrous-large-custom--9384045005475.html ?  I have a Tanfoglio Gold Match Extreme (in 38 Super) with that configuration and find it really easy to engage the safety with my right index finger using the wide lever that it has on the right side matching the left side.

 

For what it’s worth I’ll be shooting mostly Steel Challenge and Action Match competitions with it.
