CGW S2 SA issue

Hi everyone, 

 

Noob here. Installed the CGW pro kit on my S2. Install was pretty straightforward. Between YT videos and CGW tutorials got it done in a few hours. 

 

I have an issue when racking the slide. When in SA mode, I pull thr trigger and hammer won't fall. 

 

With the slide off, DA, SA and safety functions normally. With the slide on, DA, SA and safety works as it should. However, everytime I rack the slide to put it into SA, pulling the trigger won't let the hammer fall. I have to take slide off and tap the top of the adjustable sear to get the hammer to fall. 

 

Any ideas where I should start to troubleshoot?

Your disconnector needs fit, i used a 400 grit stone on the long vertical part that interfaces with the back of the trigger bar, its gonna suck but it's the only way to get it to where it needs to be. Take a few stone swipes, check, repeat until the trigger resets and drops in single action mode

Thanks!  I've got some files and will try. Also spoke to CGW, and it looks like a few thousandths is all it should take.
