Fishbreath
... but probably not how you're thinking. Toward the end of a practice trip this morning, I suddenly had some clicks where I expected bangs. The gun wouldn't set them off in DA, but did fine in SA. I'd just broken and replaced a transfer bar (some of my Super GPs came with super-slimmed-down lightweight transfer bars, which break after a few tens of thousands of dry fire hits), so I thought it might have been that. The primer hits looked a little hinky, though, and it turns out... ... a chunk was missing from the tip of the firing pin. If you're looking for it, you can see the inverse dent in most of the fired rounds on this clip. Happily, I have a spare in the parts bin. Guess it's time to stock another part!
