testosterone Posted April 1, 2023 Share Posted April 1, 2023 I had an issue with a toolhead, ended up taking the thing all the way down and rebuilding. Everything moves freely by hand, no obstructions. When I calibrate the motor correctly advances the head all the way to the top, goes to bottom, but when it comes back up it stops short by like 1/2" of advance on the plate. It can definitely go all the way to the top because it does at the top of the calibration cycle. Not sure whats up, everything moves freely top to bottom by hand, nothing is interfering. Any ideas?
