diehli
Where do you order Berrys from and what is double swedged? http://www.berrysmfg.com/ And, actually, DS doesn't stand for double swaged, it stands for double struck. Go to Berry's site and look at the FAQ's. I have shot the 180 Raniers and liked them. Is there a difference? Not that I'm aware of. It's what I've been shooting in .40 for the last 2.5 years. I got/get 'em locally for a wicked good price.
SRT Driver
Zero 180's are excellent bullets. Before I started reloading, I used their 180 gr reloads in my ltd gun. They shot well. Zero reloads in 9mm, 38 spl (148 HBWC, and 158 SWC), and 40 are equally good. Prices have gone way up..used to get the 148HBWC's for $76/k exchange. They'd shoot one ragged hole at 25 yrds in a PPC gun. Berry's are good as far as plated bullets go. Every once in a while I had one do strange things but otherwise OK.
