.380 acp / 95 gr coated RN bullet.  

 

2.95 to 3.0 gr Titegroup @ 0.965" OAL should give you factory equivalent velocities.  I chronoed it at  915 fps out of a G42.  Careful on the crimp, just remove the bell.

3.1 gr would be max.
