I bought some stuff from Armscor a couple of years back, at their table in the tent at the Nationals. It sat on my shelf at home for a while.

A couple of weeks back, I pulled it off the shelf to use it, but I read some posts about how a 2003 production run might have had some problems.

I emailed them with questions, and they emailed right back, basically saying "send it back! We'll replace it, better safe than sorry."

So I boxed it up and shipped it last week, and on Friday received the replacement... plus some extra stuff to "compensate" me for my time and costs.

It doesn't get better than that. I know Armscor will be getting more of my business because of this experience. Thanks, Ivan!
