Front Sling Swivel Mount For M1s90 Field

thought I would pass on an idea...my M1S90 field came with a rear stud for a detatchable sling swivel but none on the forend....and under close inspection there didn't appear to be a lot of extra clearance for modifying an Uncle Mikes for the forend.... the tube is Briley and doesn't have a ring so I used a plastic wire tie (the mounting type with the hole) around the tube boss and worked like a charm....a couple back to back with a little shaving for width would probably be a good idea... see you all at Ft Benning
