spd522 Posted June 28, 2005 Share Posted June 28, 2005 I bought a 140mm and a 170mm in 9/38 for my Para to try. The mag catch cut is too high on the mag to function in the Para. I can push the mag in about another 1/8 inch and it functions fine but that isn't too practical to shoot while holding the bottom of the mag with the weak hand. I am probably going to experiment with one and weld up the factory mag catch slot and then recut one to fit the Para. So my guess is the 45 SPS wouldn't fit a Para 45 either without the mag catch slot mod. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
