It looks like you stuck the velcro on the clip mount thing right?  As opposed to attaching the velcro directly to the bottom of the camera?

Correct. And I also sewed (sp?) the Velcro onto the hat, as my hat is pretty sweat stained. In the Mobius online software, there is a setting to have it record video flipped 180 (upside-down). Also, read the reviews on memory cards. I had a SanDisk and it would only write the file 1/2 the time. I thought it was defective until I read the reviews. I went down to Walmart and bought a 32gb of the other brand they sell, Class 4, and it's worked like a top ever since.

Perfect. Just make sure you buy it from  Amazon.com not a third party seller.
