Replacing / adjusting cz 75 mag release spring

Am trying to get away from the occasional issue with bumping the extended mag release, or mags not dropping (probably because I push the release too hard during a match) with my 75. Would like to try replacing with a standard mag release and I would like to make sure that the mag release spring is as it should be (the spring is weaker on the gun I have issues with than it is on my backup gun, wear - adjustment - initial bend - ?).

I assume there is a right way to replace the staked screw that holds the spring in place, have a new screw in hand but any advice on torque or staking or loctite or whatever would be appreciated.

I also assume that there is a correct amount of initial bend for the spring, any input on this would also be appreciated.
