I've been looking at one but I've heard pro's and con's and if you long time guys could elaborate one of the guys I shoot with told me there used to be a long thread here I believe about it and fitting the distance from belt rules . spook Posted April 1, 2016 Share Posted April 1, 2016 (edited) The holster has officially been deemed legal, but yes, it could be adjusted in ways that make it sit too far away from the body. This is a trade-off of having a very adjustable holster, vs. for instance, a BT DOH. However, this is a moot point, since the new version (PDR-Pro II) is coming out within a few weeks. The new version has a better holster body, an aluminum rail, instead of a plastic rail. The rail sits closer to the holster body, providing options to get the entire holster closer to the body.
