Help with proper recoil spring weights

Havent shot my Limited guns in a while and am getting them ready for this year.

Need recommendations for spring weight for two guns.

1). Benny Hill 6 inch lightened slide 9mm for Limited minor ammo

also 6 in lightened slide 40 s&w for Limited major

2). Cheely 6 in lightened slide for 40s&w Limited major.
