Chriznak Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 I was pondering: if we neck-up the 4.6 to 5mm or neck-down the 5.7 to 5mm, would either of those wildcats work in both weapons? if there were a non-proprietary round that worked in both the p90 and mp7, would there be more designs coming out to compete with those 2 in the pdw niche? Open1215 Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 5.7 is much more accessible, even with 5.7 ar uppers. The mp7, I personally don't know a single civilian with one. I think more and more companies are making the 5.7 and I think it will continue to grow in popularity. I wish brass was something that could be made, like 300blk. Then I think it would be much more popular. I'm surprised the 22tcm isn't more popular. If Masterpiece arms would make uzi or mac style chambered in .22tcm that would be awesome.
