sschultz
I have been catching up on my 308 reloading lately and had started to load the 308 on my 650. I have been using the press to load other calibers fot about 2 years. Using the Dillon primer tubes I am getting 2 or 3 primers per 100 that will not go into the tube. Close inspection shows that the offending primers are out of round. Is this common with Winchester or is the Dillon primer tube to tight. I did fire off an e-mail to Winchester but have not heard back yet.
cwall64
I had a similar issue with Federal large pistol primers and some of my spare pickup tubes. It was suggested I call Dillon support and talk to them about it. I never did as I had 3 or 4 tubes that worked fine...
3guns
I've had a few odd shape large pistol primers from Winchester. I loaded them up and they shot fine. I would say there was about 5 primers per 1000.
sschultz
Can someone recommend a LRP that doesn't do that.
